This message appears to be in code.
Using the Combined Cipher or the Final Cipher the message reads, "Maybe now we can safely talk. Just in case I sent you a sign. If you haven't found it yet... X marks the spot."
This was found to refer to the "X" on the Skeleton Key as well as indicating success in cracking the code.
