Arqull
Chapter Master of the Phoenix Chapter of the Inquisition, Arqull specialized in the extermination of what the Phoenix Chapter dubbed "unholy" and "unnatural" monsters and took his work incredibly seriously. To this end, Arqull set up his Chapter at Holbeck after determining the existence of thevampire spawn residents of Mirstone to be a threat.
Rather than simply exterminating the vampires, Arqull attempted to first turn the people of Holbeck against them, believing there was a moral victory to be won first. He ordered his Inquisitors to capture and cage vampire spawn, starving them into a feral and aggressive state. Once they had turned in this way, Arqull used the feral vampires to stage attacks around Holbeck, most notably on the blood delivery wagons that Holbeck was providing to Mirstone and thus stopping said deliveries temporarily.
Unfortunately for Arqull, the residents of Mirstone tasked the Party with finding out why the blood deliveries had stopped as well as locating their missing townspeople. Arqull was ultimately killed along with most of his chapter when the Party attacked his camp and freed the captured vampires.
