Holbeck

Holbeck is a small town north-west of Riverside, close to the Smokethorn Woods. It was founded by wood elves, who made up the the majority of the town's population and a made a living through dealing in timber and craftsmanship. 
In the aftermath of the Hollow War, Holbeck developed a stronger but secret relationship with the nearby settlement of Mirstone. The residents of Mirstone had been turned into vampire spawn during the war and so the two settlements made a deal: regularly donated blood from Holbeck's residents in exchange for valuable resources from the Mirstone Mines. The balance was nearly upset by the actions of the Phoenix Chapter, though they were foiled by the Party.
