Chaos Elf

The chaos elves are a result of the wild elves of Sanctuary spending too much time in proximity to Ishurad's Vault, a place so saturated with magical energy that said energy leaked into the surrounding woods. The elves became twisted and transformed by their exposure to this energy, becoming husks of their former selves with the power to consume magic, though they in turn became consumed by their new thirst.
