White Water Warehouse

Located on the waterfront in Riverside, the White Water Warehouse was utilized as a front for various smuggling and illicit activities, including by the Imp-Peccables during their attempted kidnapping of Damon Rainhald. The Party rescued Damon and caused great damage to the warehouse by unleashing a (giant) owlbear. 
After their departure from Riverside, Raynar Remfrey bought the warehouse and continued to use it as a smuggling front. He was in the process of importing a basilisk alpha on behalf of [the Widowmaker' when the Party reappeared and once again caused a great deal of damage to the warehouse in their quest.
