Godtouched

In contrast to the Godblooded, the godtouched always manifest powers far greater than should be possible. Godtouched appear at the will of the gods, or randomly to mortal understanding.
Traditions vary on the nature of being Godtouched: at times it is a temporary state granted to a mortal by their god and at times it is something given at birth for the length of the mortal's life. The tales also vary in the mortal's role, as some liken it almost to a possession (a lesser avatar state so to speak), other mythical godtouched appear fully mortal.
What divine powers they possess are likewise inconsistent. Excepting the heresies of fringe cults, and rumors about the Immortal Empress, no verified godtouched have been seen in Sanzeia in the modern age.
