Kaizer Frandz I Rekhal
Kaizer Frandz et Ferdinaden Rekhal (a.k.a. Crude Kaizer)
Frandz Rekhal is firstborn son of Kaizer Ferdinadz Rekhal and his wife Neldara. He has two brothers - Charlz Rekhal and Ludwigz Rekhal and no sisters. Frandz inherit title and become the new ruler of Rekhal Kaizereich when after his father's death. He initiates major reforms in the Rekhal Kaizereich which were largely opposited by aristocracy and bureaucracy.
He represent his country on the meeting of the Kingdoms when the decicion of sending an Expedition to the Western Continent is made. Frandz nominates his brother, Charlz - Commander of Rekhalian Kaiserjäger, for its leader and makes great effors for his election. The kaizer also sends his most trustworthy officer, commander of his personal guards Istvaan Kul as commander Rekhalian troops. Later kaizer Frandz himself joins the expedition and departs for fortified camp of New Hope Bulwark. In his absense, he left his brother Ludwigz in charge of Rekhal Kaizereich, who, however, opposes the reforms.
