Throughout history, nations have risen and fallen, battles have been fought and lost, and yet, never have the dwarves received their moment of triumph, never have their deeds been given their proper rewards, and always their glory has been stolen by man. Human's have crushed the powerless among the Dwarves, tricked them out of their ancestral lands, and stolen their cities. The Dwarves live in shame every day their cities are ruled by men, every minute their crafts are sold in foreign markets by vile traders.
No more. The last honorable dwarves stand united against their foes, and are ready to fight the forces that would stop their rise to power. History

The front was 'founded' by dissident Dwarves after the Goblin arrival in 287, but was not officially named and did not officially participate in modern events until 512, with after the Dwarven armies were slaughtered by the Wizardry.
