Bura, Capital of Arnumia

Bura is the Capital city of Arnumia, it is a massive city with its districts as large as whole other cities. Bura consists of six different districts; The Market district, The Divine district, The Arcane district, The Royal / Noble district, The Military district, and The Housing district. Currently the Queen Inari Kuga resides and watches over the rest of Arnumia here.
