The Wake of Emma Valgard
A long series of five Chronicles exploring one character from the sixteenth century through to modern nights as first a Revenant and then a Vampire. The focus is on the Protagonist, but the secondary Character is the Setting - Our World. Our hero is going to change it - like it or not - and her main recurring antagonist is none other than the God-Machine. It spins out Angels to act as course correcters for the changes that ripple outward from her passing. Angels that she must face if she wants to leave any kind of a lasting legacy.
