Uthtower Part II Report

General Summary

A terrifying encounter with the Panion Seer, now presumably a Demilich, lead to Kara Dhalir and Fella/Sorry  dying. Ander Windrriver and the rest acted quickly to revive Kara and destroy whom they believe to be what remains of Guldos Estelmer. Fella as a soul trapped in the room helped the party to open the divining well and aquired the bones of Ebondeath and the phylactery, Rissarh Estelmer's once amulet of summer fire and supposedly the only remnant of Guldos's wife. With plausibly deniable "help" from Fenris "Silver Fang" Ralmevik Ulmokina touched the waters and glimpsed the process for which souls are aquired and sought by Devils, namely for soldiers in the blood war. He saw the torturous journey of two souls in particular and their location. Avernus 1st layer of the 9 hells and battleground for the blood war.


The party made their way to Xyrallaryx's lair to make the deal he promised whereafter some delay tactics, insults, and poor acting they ended up fighting one of the two. With one destroyed by Nightblood and the other (and presumably guardians) incoming Kara used Margarette LeFay's guide to rip the barrier between the material plane and Feywild to make their escape. They were greeted by a forest of webs and a chill in the air.

Rewards Granted

Some of Xyrallaryx's hoard including: spell scroll of magic circle, planar binding, and Dragnipur. As well as a potion of superior healing and a spell scroll of locate creature from a red wizard of Thay.
