The Stone of Golorr, the sole artifact capable of finding the Vault of Dragons and it's keys to get in was discovered by the Xanathar. This lead to the eventual war between the Xanathar Guild and the Zhentarim in Waterdeep while other opportunists sought the treasure within for their own purposes.
