Zhoron Laharne is a gold elf of approximately 350 years of age of medium height and lean but muscular build. He has brown-blond hair, deep blue eyes, and sharp features. He often wears elegant clothes and has a distant and serious air. Despite his young age, he is a powerful wizard and has inherited the leadership of House Laharne from his family and has proven to be a skilled and cunning leader.

Zhoron is determined to restore his house to the position of prestige it once held, before his grandfather Vendrel Laharne's descent into Darkness. Though he has lost much of the house's territory and wealth, Zhoron is determined to rebuild his power and his reputation. To do so, he has decided to marry his sister Fyarin to Count Uthorim of House Aeldor, as he sees in this marriage an opportunity to forge an alliance and gain the support of the House Aeldor army.

However, Zhoron is also aware that House Laharne does not have a good reputation and that many see them as followers of the Dark. Because of this, he tries to keep a low profile and not draw too much attention to himself and his family. However, he is also ambitious enough not to give up his position and power, and will do whatever it takes to achieve his goals.
