Gilda delle Corporazioni

Gilda delle Arti e Mestieri by Max Vecchio Bastardo

**Corporate Guild Hall**

Located in the heart of Cordelia, the Guildhall is an imposing stone structure that rises majestically above the city's busy streets. Its facade is adorned with sculptures and bas-reliefs depicting the ancient crafts and artisanal arts that the guild represents. A long staircase leads to the main entrance, guarded by the coats of arms of the various artisan guilds.
**Creation Story**
The Guild of Guilds was founded centuries ago by the artisans and trades of Cordelia, eager to protect their rights and traditions in the face of growing pressures from nobility and commerce. Initially born as an informal association, the guild gained official recognition from the Prince and has transformed into a powerful and influential organization in the Principality of Lupa.
**Internal Organization**
The Guildhall houses a series of administrative offices, assembly halls, and learning halls. Meetings of representatives of the various guilds are held regularly to discuss matters of common interest and vote on decisions affecting the artisan community.   The learning classrooms offer courses and workshops for young aspiring craftsmen, where they can learn the secrets and techniques of the various trades. The teachers are expert masters, senior members of the guilds who enthusiastically share their knowledge and skills with the new generations.
**Relations with Other Guilds and Corporations**
The Guild of Corporations works closely with the Mercantile League to establish the values of goods produced in the city to ensure fair and competitive prices in the market. However, relationships with other guilds and corporations such as Adventurers and Wizards are sometimes more complex, as each group defends its own interests and goals.   Despite occasional differences, the Guild of Corporations recognizes the importance of cooperation with the Prince and all of Cordelia's economic and social forces for the well-being and development of the city.
