**History:** Luis de la Medida has been the lord of the County of Grenvias and the city of Segovilla for many years. Raised in a noble family, he learned from a young age the importance of power and deception in the political world. Despite being formally loyal to the crown and Prince Julian Cajarza, Luis always had his ambitions and worked behind the scenes to secure his power and personal wealth.
During all his years of control over the city of Segovilla, Luis extorted exaggerated taxes, to the point of impoverishing many citizens, to finance his clandestine activities and illicit trafficking.

**Role in the Civil War:**

Despite his sympathies towards Prince Julian, Luis tries to remain neutral in the civil war that is devastating the kingdom of Sobral. His main goal is to protect his personal interests and maintain control over his county and the city of Segovilla. However, he is constantly threatened by the rebellion led by Felipe Maderas and must be careful not to get involved in conflicts that could compromise his position.

**Dungeon in the Governor's Tower:**

Luis has a dark secret hidden in the basement of the Governor's Tower. Here he has created a real dungeon, full of deadly traps, magical guardians and monsters, who protect the treasure he has accumulated over the years. Only a few dare venture into the dark depths of its dungeon, and those who do often never return.
