Emperor Kai-Xia, also called "The Mad Emperor", takes the throne. His first order is to raze the province of Magmhorin. This will only be the beginning of Kai-Xia's policy; in the 20 years of his reign he will have more than 50 cities he considers rebels destroyed. This will cause riots and hatred against the Imperial House, but will greatly strengthen the power of the Imperial Fleet.
