No longer dependent on the Empire for food, the provinces of Hansa, Alfan, Touran, Magmhorin, and Elemon declare themselves independent of Imperial rule and transform their trading fleets into war fleets. The Free Kingdoms are born. The Empire's response will lead to war throughout Valenor.
