Session 41
General Summary
27th of Ranger's Scythe - The group moved on from Cold Silver, to visit a magic ingredients store called Bloody Barter, there they meet with the shopkeep Uvo. After gathering spell-copying ingredients for Scribe, selling Tsokanth's trident and purchasing some goodies. Uvo also asked us to come back should we ever wish to sell [THE FEY SPEAR].
Travelling to one of the libraries, a staff member named Hagrid was paid to gather a number of books, on the following topics; The Golden Sword, Meropis History, Berrit Dudley aka the Greyfox and his music, Ancient Northern History, Runesmithing, The Hearth (specifically the Damned / the Maker), Bleakrock and Demons. These would be placed in a private study room for us tommorrow.
The next stop was Tiny Torres, a fine dining restaurant serving Torresian food. The group met Penelope Brightheart, Lilian's girlfriend. Scribe gifted Juttar and Beska their presents, as the group talked about Penny's job, Torresian expectations and Juttar's heritage.
Last on the day's list of activities was the Deedee's, aka the Drag Dragon. Entering the drag bar, the group was greeted by Mother Embress, who seemed particuarly interested in Juttar. The evening progressed with drinking, dancing and chatting, everyone getting progressively drunker.
Towards the end, Juttar made the comment of how he probably 10 to 15 years ago wouldve killed Scribe. Juttar explains more about their childhood, but Scribe grows offended by assumptions they feel were made, with Beska attempting to mediate. In the end, Scribe makes a comment about drinking until forgetting what you're sad about, and promptly passes out. Juttar moves off to find the Embress, while Beska prepares their own adventure.
Rewards Granted
Scribe gifted the Instrument of Illusions to Beska, and the Bottle of Boundless Coffee to Juttar.
Beska purchased a Bracelet against Backpain for her family.
