Warlords of Saeez
The Warlords are military leaders who fled Pan during the Silence. Their Warbands initially fought for control of Kyra System but eventually settled down to a life of hedonism on Saeez.
Most of the Warlords focus on maximizing pleasure and profit for their groups, and cooperate with other Warbands to achieve this goal. However, some Warlords, such as Rahim Tabari, have maintained an antagonistic stance and continue to haunt the spacelanes as pirates and raiders.
