Bell

Bell runs Blue Bell in Nanganato along with her twin brother Blue.
Bell is friendly, but less talkative around strangers than her brother. This is because of how self conscious she is about a compulsion to repeat concepts or ideas three times when discussing them.

Appearance

Bell has the appearance of a human in their mid twenties. She has shoulder length black hair, brown eyes, and fair colored skin. She has black splotches below each eyes, on the sides of her chin, and one in the center of her throat. These are in the same places that her brother developed his markings, but hers are black unlike his.
In her avian form he takes the appearance of a black bird.
