Nanganato
Originally referred to as Nan Gangkou (southern harbor in Liquon) by the exiles of the Jade Empire, and Shiroi Suna no Minato (harbor of white sand in Shudani) by the locals. After adopting part of the Liquon name, it became Nanganko no Minato (roughly south harbor harbor) and it was eventually shortened to Nanganato.
With more than 12,000 residents, Nanganato is the second most populous city in Shudan (behind only Zonyashi). Situated at the mouth of Lake Kohu, the city boasts a sizeable fishing fleet. About two-thirds of the fish taken from the lake go inland to feed other parts of the nation. The city also sits next to the Fukasa and serves as the main port of entry to Shudan from other parts of Seinnaris.
