Isei was killed during a sahuagin raid on the ship where he served as captain. He had been working for Nanganato Charter and was in the middle of transporting the Order of the Seeking Fox from Ahonato to Nanganato at the time.

He had a short muscular build and brown eyes. His skin wass perpetually sun burned, especially his bald head.
