Pannoowan

The historically nomadic people that live throughout the area west of Shudan, often refered to as the Pannoowan Territories. Most Pannoowan have darker reddish or brownish skin tones compared to others on the continent, with almost uniformly black hair and eyes of brown, amber, or green.
Small groups of Pannoowan warriors answer to a single Shidan, and a few groups of warriors answer to a single Shijan. All of the Shijan in a specific region will often report to a single Shizen who helps to coordinate them, especially during times of war.
More recently, a large number of them have given up the nomadic lifestyle to settle at House Pannoowau. The new title Shisizen was created for the head warrior here who oversees all of the Shizen that are loyal to House Pannoowau.
Pannoowan are said to be more resistant to certain types of magic, and see through illusions more easily than other humans.
