Shizen

Leader of all Pannoowan warriors in a region. This means giving orders to multiple Shidan who each operate groups separate from each other but towards the greater goals of the Shizen. Traditionally the highest rank a Pannoowan warrior can achieve, although House Pannoowau actually operates with a single Shisizen ranking above even the Shizen.
The name comes from shize (the Yo'ii word for mouth) owing to the fact that their primary duty is giving commands.
