Shura Atsutane
Shura served as Regent of Nanganato between S181 and S221 as well as Daimyo of the Southern Province between S185 and S222.
Shura spearheaded the completion of a functioning sewer system beneath Nanganato. During its construction, her and her team stumbled upon a gate to a demiplane of filth which led to the inspired idea to try and dump much of the sewer waste into that plane. It worked well enough until creatures from that plane began coming back through the gate into the sewers beneath the city. Ultimately Shura was forced to hire adventurers to clear out the sewer system so that the gateway could be sealed up.
