Maiar

One of the five kingdoms of Sentius. A kingdom known for its swaths of farmland, giving its plains the nickname of "The Golden Sea". Was formerly divided into five districts under independent rulers/lords but have become united under a coalition that has been put in place in the capital---Ceres.

Geography

Flat grasslands with open skies. This region hosts scattered rivers that are few and hard to come by. The coast is marked with sheer cliffs into the sea far below.

Localized Phenomena

This region hosts The Serene Shallows, a popular destination for locals to find some rest and recreation after a long year of farming, work, or overthrowing a government.

Climate

A temperate climate; warm, wet summers and icy cold winters. You're never far from the Midwest, even in a fantasy DnD campaign.

Grasses, grains, small growth trees and shrubs.

History

The main supplier of grains and food to the rest of Sentius. When the dragons returned, Lord Godfrey Savill and the lords of the five sects hoarded their food, stirring unrest and disapproval from their citizens.
