The Amyna Omada

During her lifetime, Zephyr travelled the world; finding and uniting Sfaíyra's scattered communities of the elemental races. Many of them still lived alongside or nearby dangerous portals and struggled in their fight against the dangerous primordial monsters which sporadically came through. During her time spent with many of these communities, she not only developed her belief and philosophy which later morphed into Zoiism, but she brought these communities together and taught that it was a fundamental necessity for all to come together and help each other defend the world from these threats. In doing so, the Amyna Omada was formed. Over time, methods of communication and travel between these communities have formed and the bond between each has strengthened. Now, they are a fully functioning defence force that works across Khorvaire to seek out these portals, monitor them and guard against anything that might come through. Membership of the Amyna Omada still mostly consists of these communities of elemental races who Zephyr brought together but as Zoiism has spread, and instances of the danger that these portals can present became more well known, others have come forward to volunteer to help. Some do out of their faith, wanting to closer align themselves with the teachings of Zoiism. Some do so out of adventure or bravery, perhaps recognising the threat these portals pose and not wishing to sit idly by as others protect them. Many do so out of necessity, for instance many Firbolgs can now be found in amongst these communities because these portals became a real danger to their traditional way of living.
