Zephyr

Found as a babe by a flock of Aarokocra atop the Howling peaks, Zephyr was raised by them and taught how to defend against the elemental monstrosities which followed her through the portal through which she'd arrived. Ever restless, she left when she was of age and began what has become known as Zephyr's Wander. She is said to have walked the length and breadth of Khorvaire, guided by providence to other such fissures between this realm and those of the elements. At each she found a small community of natives of the planes struggling to hold back the dangers which spewed forth. She stayed with each and learnt from them, shaping her philosophy. Along this journey she found her purpose; to unite these peoples in a common cause and a common ideal and, in doing so, help protect this world from the elemental planes and understand the threat they pose.
What she learnt from each of these communities, the wider perspective she gained came to form the basis of Zoiism whilst her uniting them and enabling communication and cooperation between them saw the founding of The Amyna Omada.
Having seen her word spread and the elemental races unite, Zephyr moved on from her mortal form. Back home, amongst the flock that had raised her, she promised that she would always be there to watch over her people. It is said she did not die that day, but simply became one with the wind. Before this, however, she left a prophecy. She foretold that others like her would arrive. Beings born of pure element. Together, these beings, the harbingers she named them, would fuse the elemental planes with each other, creating a paradise for the beings of Kosmos.
