Goblin Kin

The various goblinkin that live across the Twilight and shadowed lands are the descendants of the Midkin and Arkin who were not able to flee into Refuge, but somehow managed to survive the Destruction. Over uncounted generations they evolved into new forms that have adapted to the harsh environments of Shadowfire. There are many distinct cultural groups of goblins, and some have even assimilated into the populations of the Protectorate cities. Distinct groups are the clans of Uferbrech Goblins, the Dawncrag Tribes, and the clans of the Sea of Black Ice such as the Koroza. The Uferbrech goblins are generally shorter and of lighter build than their thick-set cousins in the mountains, and the Koroza are the largest of the goblinkin, with thick body hair and layers of blubber to protect them from the bitter cold.
