East Ocacia
East Ocacia is a bustling new city full of survivors. Whether it be The Severing, the deathly chill of the nearby northern mountains, soldiers of Merean that wander to far north, or the elves of the nearby Gleamwood, the people of East Ocacia know how to endure and to defend themselves. Led by their fearless leader Jorag Frostmane the people are willing to do whatever it takes to remain independent, even at the cost of their lives. The warriors are tough and ruthless and will stop at nothing to achieve true victory and freedom.

History
After the events of The Sundering the people left in what is now known as Eastern Shandria were in total disarray. Separated from the main city of Ocacia the farmers and commonfolk quickly devolved into tribes looting and pillaging and killing each other out of fear, and need for shelter and food. A warlord from the northern mountains, Jorag Frostmane , came down and quickly united the tribes. Either through sheer force of will, personality, or violence, he convinced all of the various factions forming to unite and rebuild. Shortly thereafter the city of East Ocacia was founded, with Jorag Frostmane sitting on a throne, as the once and future Lord Protector .
