Armando de Sanctis

Armando de Sanctis is a distant cousin of the current Prince of Velicia Lorenzo de Sanctis and the magistrate of Rosolina .  His mother, a member of a branch family of the Velician ruling house married a man of Golgol decent, diving Armando his unique look.  He is known as being a stern, and pious man, although rumored to be less than loyal to his younger cousin, whom he has privately criticized as being flippant with his responsibility.
