Creegan
The foul tempered and violent right hand of the Blackwater Bandits . At one point he ran his own bandit group that come into conflict with Gravesend several times, although Creegan has always managed to evade capture. He is known for being incredibly strong and having a foul temper, specifically being prone to fits of rage.
During the Blackwater Bandits insurrection in Lochwood Creegan made some sort of bargain with some local goblin tribes to trade human slaves for their support in the fight against Gravesend. Creegan unceremoniously met his end in the basement of Lochwood manor where his corpse was cast into a well.
