Khalasadra'Dinarosque, or Khalas, the god dragon came to Shek after he closed his own realm. Khalas took the elementals into himself and rebirthed them as the chromatic dragons, creating the realm of elements at the same time.
The primordial evil known as Vouldo Vouzka Vashon, Vozo, was a three headed being. It was jealous of the perfect peaceful planet Shek and wanted it for itself. Vozo tore a hole in existence on the planet leaving it forever scarred. Khalas pounced on it like lightning and they fought for 19 years. Blood was spilled over the land and caused much destruction in what is now known as the Ashlands. Khalas killed Vozo by ripping off each of its three heads, scattering them over the Ashlands. These heads created new and terrible evils, like demons, goblins and the undead, which spread across the globe.
