Session 9: Death at Ophis Tower Report

General Summary

We escorted Niketa back to Hermynia’s shop where she was able to tend to her. Niketa complained of smokey tendrils and uttered “make it stop make it stop” We tell Hermynia about the shadowy figures that appeared and she was shocked. Hermynia told us to check out Ophis Tower and investigate the root cause of the nightmares. A crew of little bears started following us and we asked one to send a message that silverbrow should expect us later at the Temple of Karametra.
We reach the Ophis Tower and, with the authority of our badges, we are granted an audience with Kallias. They identify as a warrior, and meet us in a dark room lit by a single candle.
Kallias greeted us with “About time you showed up” and they brought us deeper into the curving Opias tower, lit scarcely by single candles around the corridor.
When we reach the cell of Doreos we realize he has bashed his head against the wall and scrawled some odd symbols of the gods.
After intimidating Kallias, they admit that Doreos was screaming nonstop, and they ignored him.
We move over to the Temple of Karametra to meet with Silverbrow, hopefully to receive some guidance.
We brought Silverbrow to Hermynia’s to see Niketa, but it seemed like Niketa seemed to be healed by El’s magics.
The wildfire druid’s apprentice Fotia currently tends the Caryotid grove, and she will likely be our next stop.
