The Council of Warriors

The Council of Warriors consists of five members are the politcal rulers of Leviathalas when Karametra herself is not present in the city. The leaders of Leina Tower , Bassara Tower , Hyrax Tower , and Ophis Tower with the addition of an oracle selected by Karametra herself.
