Bayushi Konda

A shadowy scorpion agent, commander of the 5th Scorpion Legion. He is the third child of the Royal Bayushi house. He owned lands dedicated to growing tea leaves.
During a party at the home of Mr. Han, of the Steel Zaibatsu, Konda was killed in a duel by Kakita Jihi on the 28th Day of the Monkey, 1864
After his death, his eldest sibling, Bayushi Kotone, took over command of the 5th Legion and attached Heiwa Toshi for revenge.
