Brother Tamotsu
(a.k.a. Kaiu Koto)
A monk of the Brotherhood of Shinsei who lives at the temple near Heiwa Toshi. He's friends with Tadaka.
Loves music, and can play Biwa and Shamisen, and Shakuhachi flute.
Was once a member of the Crab Clan, which is a current member of the Confederacy. Despite his heritage he's ashamed of the current war.
Before becoming a monk, Tamotsu was once known as Kaiu Koto, the man who invented the Koto Revolver in 1836, the first sixgun pistol. This gun changed the west, and the face of warfare forever. He is said to have died in 1862 of gout. However, he actually joined the Brotherhood of Shinsei to repent for the harm his weapons have done.
