The Council Chambers
The council chambers are where all external parties of Cherin come to gather and hold meetings. These meetings are run by The Concord. Each country has a specific wing of the council chambers that form a 14 point, in each wing there is what is essentially an embassy of that country. Within those embassies, the laws of their respective country rule.
