True Ancestral Confederacy
Those who are descended or mainly descended from the original peoples of the beginning of the Confederacy. Mostly made up of Clan members, older families, and those in the Core cities.
Each province has their own sub-culture which is influenced by the local Clan. There is a lot of emphasis placed on hospitality along with the accompanying etiquette, traditions, and standards. There is a bit of arrogance in those who are Clan members towards those who are not.
They mainly use stone for their buildings. Cities are built packed together to give more shelter. This is because of the dangerous aerofauna that sometimes wander too close to their cities and towns. It is ingrained to be wary of the sky.

Art & Architecture
Ancestor Confederacy art focuses more on realism. Most works of art depict the environment in some form or another. Paintings and 2D art are typically focused around landscapes. Whilst 3D and other art, usually focus on flora and fauna.
Their buildings consist mostly of stonework. Those in migratory lifestyles usually have some type of permanent dwelling as well. Most dwellings and cities have some form of covered shelter, either underground or hidden away. Especially those closer to the mountains, due to the aerofauna.
Coming of Age Rites
In the Clans, part of the coming-of-age involves hosting a banquet. Depending on the status of the person in question, multiple Clans may be invited. The higher in status, the more Clans are invited, especially their Clan's enemies. This event is to prove they can provide for themselves and others, have the knowledge and skill to successfully plan and execute an event, and show off for their Clan. Afterwards, the Clan holds a festive event, typically a dance of some sort. This is coordinated by the Clan Head and Clan as a whole. Typically it is another way of flaunting status to the other Clans.
Common Taboos
For guest rights to be broken is anathema to them. A plea for Sanctuary is held almost to the same standard. While not granting Sanctuary to an individual or group is looked down upon, it is accepted to do so. There are clauses, exceptions, and traditions that allow someone to refuse. Breaking it once granted from the protector's side however, is practically unthinkable.
