Anaelai is the current High Sage of Mailnaira, and is thus revered as a religious figure as well as being effectively the monarch of the country. She is a Lo'onole and prefers a femenine body shape and gramatical gender.
The opinion on her rule is rapidly becoming a point of polarization across the population, due to the realities of war. Some support their ruler with patriotic fervor, while others blame her for the thus far incurred losses.
