Uhe-Epaula Uprising

The Uhe-Epaula uprising was a period of civil unrest in Hekao in response to the increasingly corrupt and ineffective government. The inciting incident was when a scandal involving the Rori Mauwue, parent of the then acting monarch, was discovered. After the initial outcry, many dissenters were publicly executed, which only lead to violent riots. These were only quelled by the application of military might on the nation's own populace. High general Inake Marka used this to establish themselves as emperor, and thereby the Inake Dynasty.
