A large mechanical musical instrument for communicating in the oceans of Neptune. A Sonar Orchestrion is an alternative to phonic lips and other sonic organs, and allow artificial and organic Falls to more effectively utilize their space.
The Sonar Orchestrion still requires a dedicated room, and an entire team of instrumentalists. Operators plug and unplug large cables, while the fine details are strummed by a master acousticians tender touch along the solders of the circuit board.
