Makers / Cosmic Dragons

Ever-elusive and inspiringly majestic, the cosmic dragons, when in their observable form, are a breathtaking sight to behold.
— Hendrix Isais Murphy
Ingenious and imaginative, the Cosmos dragons soundlessly slip through the Cosmos Space, weaving in a scintillating, serpentine pattern. Their scales are extremely fine and compact such that they are nearly indistinguishable from one another, resembling an appearance more like leathery flesh than scaled hide. These dragons may sport one or a multitude of colors, usually from shades of purples and blues to green or even yellowish hues.   They delight in cloaking their presence within clouds of dust, fog, and other particles, availing themselves of the clouds’ obscuring properties as they carefully and tactfully plot their next course of action. These cosmic dragons are renowned for their supreme intellect—their mental acuity best exemplified by their extraordinary creativity. They have a knack for devising clever solutions via their innate magical capabilities, specializing heavily in illusion and conjuration magic, as they artfully shape their environment.   As they travel, they leave a trail of prismatic dust and gases in their wake, which may ignite in the heat of battle. Cosmic dragons are also distinguished by their iconic long wyrm like bodies: one composed of either matter or antimatter. Notorious for acting on a whim, they streak across the skies in pursuit of their chaotic impulses, equally pleased to thwart dastardly or mischivious schemes.   Cosmic dragons are able to sustain traveling speeds of nearly 186,282miles/s, or 299,792 km/s.—otherwise known by the measurement of 'c' or, lightspeed. In order to 'eat', though they require no actual sustenence, they generally find large clouds of material in cosmos-space, and open their jaw, flying through it, in order to add to their ever expanding mass.   To take cosmos dragons on the whole and measure them, though they tend to be thin and narrow, they come out to a mind staggeringly long 1.2277 billion mi from nose tip to tail tip on average. They are made assosiated with the iconogrophy of ribbons or silk with how they move.   Despite their captivating appearance, Cosmic dragons are quite cold in disposition, and are most commonly monogamous solitary creatures, not often traveling with multiple mates (unless they are Matriarchal), nor their young past a certain age (Again, unless they are Matriarchal). They do not often choose to interact socially with other beings—even other dragons whom are not their chosen travel companion—preferring to delight in the ultimate freedom and solitude provided by the depths of the Cosmos.   The way of reproduction and birth is quite magical. Whether a matriarch, or a patriarch, they will mate, and the receiver will take the dominate one's eggs. They will incubate them for a time, only to exchange them back again. This time however, during the exchange, the receiver will consume the eggs to swallow them into their 'reality stomach chamber' where the worlds and creations they make are kept safe.   In cosmic space, everything is stagnant save for the food sources of solar dust storms. It is up to the cosmic dragons to make that within their own stomach to hatch their eggs. The eggs of a cosmic dragon can only hatch under cosmological events like two stars colliding with the egg set in between them. It takes a very large amount of force to crack the egg. All births of these draconics are considered assisted births for this reason. Cosmic Dragons are too weak to make it out of the nearly unbreakable egg without an external great force like this cracking the outside.   While it would be simpler to crush the egg shell outside, the Cosmic Stomach serves as not only a place for the egg to hatch, but also for the young to grow while the parents are traveling together at a speed that the child simply couldn't keep up with.
A Maker/Cosmic Dragon when they consume the raw elements of the Cosmos around them, subconciously and conciously craft worlds. The Maker of Dragons gives 72 'divine lazarin essences' unto a Cosmic Dragon at coronation and ascension. Each of these essences break down into 4 parts. [The Calendrian, The Noxthyrian, The Witherunk, and the Itchel] The numbers '4' and '7', are holy within Cosmos Dragons and their entire state of being. Four because of the four parts that make the divine essence, and seven for the seven pillars of formation that make up their 'Reality stomach', and the 7 laws.   Each Cosmic Dragon is born with a Lazarus Aether pillar, with all Lazarus Aether Pillars being the same one dimension in every dragon and will build over time six additional pillars to make that what they wish to make their inner world be. It has been stated quite openly that the Maker has destroyed this place for not only himself, but every other Cosmic Dragon.

  • Observable Form. When depicted, a 'Maker' most commonly stays in their Cosmic Dragon form. This is called the 'Observable form'. It looks similar to a long thin line generally, but they can change their composition to include such elements like whisker like growths, limbs, and so on if they truly want to. This is one of many true forms these creatures possess.

The Ceremonial/Sacred Form. Not often shifted into for things outside of ceremonies, brutal more personal battles, or meetings where one is supposed to be more 'defenseless' the sacred form appears to be what truly they aspire to make their creations. Vaguely humanoid in shape, with various features of their own choosing. No real limit to this. Also referred to as the 'sprite' form.

The Inner Form The inner form refers to the form that the Maker can choose to present themselves as within their own Cosmic Stomach. It is not recommended for a maker to constantly be projecting a 'inner form', because of the high probability of getting 'lost in ones own head.' Most makers choose to represent themselves as more refined humanoid shapes, however they can truly choose to look like anything.

The Unobserveable Form. The unobservable form, or otherwise referred to as the 'Cor' form, is the purest essence, in and of; the face of god. It is exhausting to be in, as it burns the energy out of a maker extremely quickly, leaving them with the need to rest. Though unsure of what it could exactly look like, Paimon describes his own as 'so perfect that it turns individuals who look upon it into pillars of salt.' and 'Interlocking hoops covered with eyes.' He describes Selene's as 'That in and which all light goes to die' and and his father's as 'The blinding radiant sting of a unholy and unjust god.' and '
