Accomplishments & Achievements
Child of a small comtess of Lyse, Revrika made their first splash as a debutante in the court of the Grandé Duke D'Aragon a little over 500 years ago. Their talent as a mage and dignified elf brought the attention of the then Grand Diviner whom was staying at the Court as a guest. At the age of 17, very young for a wood elf, they were brought to the college of Lore, graduating in only three years and moving onto the Arcanium. All expected them to follow into the field of Divination only to shock the world and become a Church Necromancer, a field considered far less dignified, as Church Necromancers are not permitted to preform meaningful necromancy outside limited casting. Despite this they would go on to author many famous spells in the regulated art. Revrika's Sense Soul, Revrika's Soul Cage, Revrika's Astral Projection, and Revrika's Consume Undead being authored in the very limited capacity of church oversight.
The Grand Necromancers primary job is researching the dangers and defenses of undeath. In this they have preformed spectacularly. Their work has directly lead to the unmasking and defeat of two lich. Their work "Chief Signs and Dangers of Undeath" is the baseline guide for undead hunters in the modern day. They have however argued for a growing need to undo many regulations on the forbidden magics for how it limits their utility to benefit humanoid lives. "Necromancy's Potential: Gardening the Soul" propelling them into politics as a Populists, though never taking a leadership role.
Failures & Embarrassments
Entering their 500s and serving as the longest chair on the council, many have wondered if Necromancy has some part in why they are so spry and active when elves at 500s finally begin to enter old age. They argue such ideas are ageist, and that it is no different than Grand Enchanter Friedrich Barricson and Grand Conjurer Alfred Velkburg being in their 60s. However many note that Revrika's refusal to show skin adds fuel to this fire, though Revrika claims it has to do to sever scaring after a fight with a Vampire. Either way, the mark of Necromancy haunts their reputation, and many question their legacy.
