Chak-Chak
Chak-Chak are small mammals native to Donora. They made a chittering sound that sounds like “Chak-Chak,” hence the name. There are multiple different species and genera in the family but they all have similar basic traits and behaviors.
Their size varies depending on the species, but most tend to be about a foot tall but some species are much smaller.
Chak-Chaks build nests for the protection of their offspring, who can be safely in the nests while the parents go out to hunt, or for sleeping during the day. Their nests are made of leaves and branches and are often built in tree branches or holes in trees.
Chak-Chaks can be vicious if threatened, however, their fight or flight instinct normally leads to them running away if possible.
