Telva is a planet located outside of the
Galactic Coalition’s Territory, in fact, it is the planet of origin for the
Telvan Empire, an enemy of the Coalition. The
people and
culture originating from the planet are called Telvan. Much of where one could live on the planet is dictated by
Telvan Caste System.
Star System
Little is known about the Telvan home planet, but it is known from research and data collected from the Telvans that Telva is part of a single-star system with three moons.
Ecosystem & Geography
The planet is mostly urbanized, with only a few green places remaining on the planet. Most of these green places are reserved for the elite as gardens or beautiful estates that the public can’t access. Much of the urban population lives in simple tenement buildings or small houses, with only the elite and their servants/workers living in large houses and mansions.
The planet, similar to
Athea, also has numerous different levels with the upper levels being the wealthiest and most restrictive and the low being the poorer and more industrial neighborhoods.
Regions
Imperial Precinct
The imperial precinct is a luxurious and expensive complex of palaces and official buildings where the imperial family lives and the daily running of the Telvan empire takes place. Besides just the Imperial family living there, there are also hundreds of staff and laborers, often of the Mepa Caste, that live in the precinct.
The Aristocrats the report and work with the Emperor on a daily basis often may live in neighborhoods near the precinct, but only the Imperial family and their servants are allowed to live in the precinct. There also may be any high-end stores and markets near the precinct to sell to the upper class and the imperial servants.
Population
The planet's population is made up of only Telvans, with people of other species or decent being exiled to other planets and prohibited from stepping foot on the Telvan homeworld. The majority of the population is made up of people of the Sumpa and Tusam castes, with the higher class castes like the Katum, the Mepa, and especially the Lanbe being smaller despite their stronghold on the top of the social ladder.
Infrastructure
It is known from gathered Data that travel across the planet only takes a few minutes, it is also known that the planet has a recycled water system for people living in the lower levels.
