Bounty Hunter's Guild

The Bounty Hunter's Guild is a multi-national, intergalactic instution that manages the legally complex profession of bounty hunting. Ensuring the legality of its hunters, the Guild works with several prominent governments to provide competent bounty hunting services. To be part of the guild means a certain level of professionalism, and to maintain the guild's code of ethics and legal rammifications.    There is all manner of certifications, technical liscenses and other documents that accompany being a guild approved hunter. These certifications can mean allowing heavy weapons, equipment and starship parts that would normally be considered illegal in most regions. Guild jobs are passed through fixers known officially as Bondsmen. Most Bondsmen operate out of saloons, cantinas, clubs and bars. The guild has no issue operating with organizations like the Zym Cartels or Hydra Syndicate, so long as they still maintain the hunter's code.   The Guild's history can be traced back to before the Silence. Their oldest hub lies on High Sanctuary, but most governments allow the guild in some capacity or another. Only a handful of governments, like the Union of Socialist Systems prevent hunters from working within their space. Higher restrictions are placed on hunters when conducting a job in Free Space or the Core Systems. The Republic is keen on keeping track of all manner of jobs, and only the government itself can post elimination jobs.
