Dr. Umbra
Dr. Umbra was considered a leading paracausal and psionic researcher within the Union of Socialist Systems. Some say his exposure directly to an imprinting pattern emitted by the collective of constructs utilized by Central Simulation caused the Doctor to see strange visions and exhibit chaotic psionic abilities. He soon eluded capture from Union authorities and was spotted working with Eclipse decades later.
He now hunts on High Sanctuary, with a small but dangerous cadre of elite combat drones. It is rumored he is in a slicer war with the infamous WICK3D. He is also been working against Ambassador Sundew, poking holes in the Imperial Service network.
