Hero Phantasm

Hero phantasms are born of dreams of heroics, of aspiring to be a champion or admiration for such a mythic figure. Hero phantasms therefore look very idealized, with what some might even describe as perfect features. They are by nature highly skilled and are born clad it magical armament to aid them on their quests.
Yet outside dreams, this great power comes with a great risk. If the image of perfection is broken, for example by injury, their heroic image litterally breaks, which can result in permanent damage to them and their equipment, which is an extension of their existence. Particularly misfortunate phantasms might even find their equipment permanently dispelled from the shattering of their personal glamour, equivalent to the loss of a limb for many other races.
Their desire for violence varies on the type of heroics that gave birth to them, but the yare all fearless combatants. They prefer to fight alongside comrades in arms, inspiring them with their own presence, but they can certainly also handle themselves, being strong, dedicated and capable of physics defying stunts when needed.

Grave wounds are deeply debilitating, as it clashes and annuls the heroic image the phantasm relies upon to exist.
