Guest Hall of Ravna
In some ways the first Tescarana inn, the Guest Hall of Ravna is one of the lodging establishments in the Tescaries operating on the principle of accepting coin (generally, Confederation Dinar) in exchange for providing lodging and meals. Built in the harbor of the burgeoning port town of Ravna, the Guest Hall caters to mainly sailors. Managed by a matron of clan Feru by the name of Hastia, the Guest Hall offers food, drink, and places to sleep, in either the communal hall or the curtain-separated rooms upstairs.
The guest hall serves various foods, from straightforward breads (including kelp bread), to Hastia's special simmered sea snail. While the Guest Hall makes use of imported foodstuffs for some of its servings, this tendency has perhaps lowered the reputation of its food. Offering a mixture of Runberi and Tescarana dishes, sailors arriving for the first time there are likely to order a familiar dish from the southern shores, and find it mediocre. Regulars of the establishment know to go for the snail, or "today's stew", which consists of whatever Hastia's helpers were able to find at the harbor that morning from returning fishermen.
Architecture
Built similarly to a Tescarana great hall, the Guest Hall has a number of additions and modifications to suit its purpose as an inn. A large building covered in a streaked gypsum plaster, the Guest Hall is two stories tall. The first floor contains two large halls connected by a curtained archway, one for eating, drinking, and socializing, and the other for resting. The upstairs contains smaller rooms, and the relatively rare feature of interior walls. Most of the upstairs rooms are enclosed by walls on three sides, with a curtain on the front. They contain a bed or two, a night table, and a window to the outside. Due to frequent requests from Runberi patrons, the matron has added doors with locks to some of the rooms.

Ooo sounds like a nice place to stay. I'm not sure what simmered sea snail tastes like, but I'm willing to try it.
